ALARMS
We all want the security of an alarm but what happens if it goes off and you're not here? As part of our property management service, we can respond to all alarm call outs. We work alongside the major security companies who provide an alarm service on the resort to respond to calls but also ensure that your system is serviced, maintained and working as it should.
AIRCON
You will need your air conditioning in tip top condition if you're visiting in the summer. And sometimes the winter too! We work alongside an excellent company who can provide servicing, installation and maintenance - everything you will need to stay cool!
BOILERS & HEATING
We're often asked, "why do you need central heating in Spain?" And the simple answer is, "because it gets cold!" The plumbers that we use, will keep your central heating and hot water in tip top condition with the discounted annual contracts that they offer (contact our property management team for details).
PAINTING & DECORATING
Who wants to come on holiday and start doing jobs? Let our painters and decorators do it for you so you can relax and enjoy your newly decorated property whilst you're here
GARDENING
It's important your property looks as stunning outside as we make it look inside. Our gardening maintenance team will make your property be the envy of your neighbours!
REPAIRS
Need some DIY doing? Don't Do-it-Yourself but let our handyman service do it for you whilst you relax and enjoy being in your property.
CHANGING LOCKS
Adequate security is a vital part of being able to have peace of mind whilst you're not at your property. We can arrange new locks fitting if you have any concerns about your property
